The wiki doesn't say anything about it, but in order to dedicate the title, I only have to ger R1 in each, right?

No. R2 is required. Unless stated otherwise, you need max rank of a title to dedicate it.

What I thought too, but max rank it is. Silly stuff. Christmas holiday event has good repeatable mission for getting large quantities of alcohol, but forget what it is.
